Setup "Import formats" with LOG2CSV.JS¶
LOG2CSV.JS convert any file to csv, with predefined rules. Rules predefine in script’s body.
- Press Main menu - > Service - > Import formats
- In opened window, press Add button.
- Enter in textfield Preprocessor ("c:\windows\system32\cscript.exe c:\DJin\log2csvM.js" ("c:\DJin\" replace with correct path))
- Enter Format name
- Press OK, press Exit
- Again Main menu - > Service - > Import formats
- Select added import format and press Edit
- Press Test with text file
- In opened window select file for import
- After testing file importing, define import parameters, such as Fields, Definitions, etc.
- You have to define at least one field for import
- Close an opened window and open a window Import from text file (Service menu of schedule)
- Select Import format
- Set File name
- And press OK
